Keystone麋鹿国家联盟, of which 卡 is the founding president and CEO, is a nonprofit 宾西法尼亚-based conservation organization whose mission is to conserve and enhance 宾西法尼亚’s elk country for future generations. 卡, a life member of both the Keystone Elk Country Alliance and RMEF, also is a member of the National Rifle Association, 国际狩猎俱乐部, and the Eastern Chapter Foundation for North American Wild Sheep. Throughout his life he has been the recipient of many conservation-based awards from such foundations and organizations as the RMEF, C. Ted Lick Conservation Foundation, and the 宾西法尼亚 Game Commission. He also has been honored by the 宾西法尼亚 Senate with its Special Recognition Award and by Penn State with the David T. Wanlass野生动物奖.
卡 and his wife, Lana, are members of the Penn State 校友 Association. They reside in Weedville, 宾西法尼亚, and are the proud parents of two sons, Cody and Jess.
